A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Halloween themed coffee morning at Evergreen Cafe yesterday, it was a spooktacular success!
Clients, carers and members of the local community came together together to enjoy some devilishly delicious refreshments, followed by some Halloween fun!
First it was eyes down for a game of Broody’s Beastly Bingo, where our gruesome guests could win a prize for one line, two lines or a haunted house. Congratulations to client TC who won the top prize Then, everyone was invited to dig deep into the Yucky Dip and see if they pulled out a trick or a treat! Surprisingly the brussell sprouts were just as popular as the sweets!
Our coffee mornings continue to go from strength to strength and we are delighted to see so many new faces every month. Our coffee morning events are a vital lifeline for some of our clients, reducing feelings of social isolation and loneliness and boosting their mental well being.
